Wherever possible, EDS installations use standard products developed and supported by EDS. If required, EDS will develop custom modules.

Services to support installation include:

  • pre-installation review of specifications and requirements
  • supply of cables, connectors and adapters required to physically connect to external devices and systems
  • installation of required components
  • configuration of EDS products to connect to external system requirements
  • product operation training as required
  • product administration/support training as required

After installation EDS offers an annual support contract which includes:

  • 24/7 priority support
  • free upgrades to latest versions
  • corrective action if required

EDS encourages customers to make critical comment and suggestions about products. Where comments and suggestions enhance products EDS will enhance products at no cost and make new versions available under support contracts.
